Engineering
Manage and maintain equipment at sites, monitor performance, carrying out fault diagnosis and run adjustments required.
Cheese Grading
Manage cheese stock, making sure customer specifications are achieved and taste-testing the cheese of course!
Quality & Technical
Ensure high standards of safety and food hygiene are met, in addition to exploring process improvements.
Despatch
Responsible for all warehouse processes, including operating machinery such as forklifts, stocktake, and distribution.
