Learning and Development

Training and Development Opportunities

At Dale Farm, we have an impressive online learning platform with tailored courses to build key knowledge and skills for career development. We also have dedicated Learning Hubs at every site, providing quiet spaces to complete training.

Many of our employees have also benefited from a range of external training courses, through affiliated organisations such as CAFRE, Arts & Business NI and Women in Business NI.

Community & Charity

At Dale Farm, community is core to our ethos as a farmer-owned dairy cooperative and we encourage our employees to get involved. Together, we support the community in many ways, from fundraising to product donations as well as corporate financial backing – we are there to lend a helping hand.

COMMUNITY & CHARITY

CANCER FOCUS NI

Since 2020, we’ve partnered with Cancer Focus NI. Our dedicated charity committee organises a range of fundraising activites from tractor runs to golf days, walks, raffles and bakes sales! There’s something for everyone to get involved in; as well as raising funds along the way and promoting cancer awareness.

COMMUNITY & CHARITY

Sponsorship

We are proud to sponsor the pantomime at the Grand Opera House, Belfast, and share the opportunity to bring joy to generations of families across Northern Ireland over the festive period.

COMMUNITY & CHARITY

COMMUNITY SUPPORT FUND

Our Local Roots Community Support Fund, aims to support local organisations through funding. We partner with Young Enterprise NI to help drive social impact and develop local talent. We are also proud to ‘Adopt a School’ and are currently supporting Cullybackey College through interview skills and raising awareness of career opportunities in agri-food.
